CIPF Island Fun Day at Santa Cruz Island!
In just one week, the dive boat "Conception" will depart from Sea Landing at Santa Barbara Harbor. The special rate of $80 includes breakfast and lunch. Bring your own alcoholic or special beverages. You may also bring kayaks, wetsuits, snorkle gear, etc., or rent equipment from the Sea Landing dive Center(962-1127).
Reservations for this one-day trip should be made by calling 963-3564 and mentioning the special CIPF rate of $80.

The day will start at 8:00 am with the ride out to Santa Cruz Island, followed by an excursion into painted Cave. Those who wish to kayak will be dropped off for a downwind paddle and picked up two hours later. Sightseeing, snorkling, swimming, just hanging out are also options. We should have this large, live-aboard vessel mostly to ourselves, so we can set the agenda for the rest of the day. We will be back in the harbor by around 5:00pm. Those who wish to board the night before may do so after 8:00pm.
We are hoping to have more of these trips, so be sure and tell your friends and family. The weather and seas are at their best this time of year, the whales and dolphins are in abundance-the nature viewing will be outstanding.
